The mum of two - previously known as Billie Faiers before her marriage to Greg Shepherd - was knocked out cold on Friday while training for tonight's show when part of her routine went horribly wrong.
She slipped and fell while practising with pro partner Mark Hanretty at the Bovingdon Airfield studios ice rink, and hit her hard on the ice.
Billie was taken to hospital and given a scan to ensure she hadn't sustained a serious injury alongside her concussion. Having lost consciousness due to the impact of her fall, medics advised the former TOWIE star to pull out of the rest of the competition.
