People think Billie Eilish has a new partner, and her rumored relationship is sparking a conversation. The 20-year-old “Happier Than Ever” singer was spotted out with Jesse Rutherford of The Neighbourhood.

TMZ did some digging and reported that they did attend the spooky event and that they appeared to be the people in the video. Jesse even posted a photo to his Instagram story of himself posing alongside Billie‘s brother Finneas.

The pair have been spotted out together earlier this year. There are also photos of them from an event when Billie was about 15.
