Hallie Clarke has faced 'surgery-shaming' on Instagram, after getting her lip filler topped up for the second time in a matter of weeks.

The Big Brother star, who appeared on the first series of the ITV reboot, visited The London Aesthetics just last week after previously undergoing lip and cheek filler at the same venue in November.

The clinic owner shared clips of both of Hallie's visits on Instagram, which she then shared on her own social media. However, Hallie's followers appeared to react rather negatively, with many urging her to stop getting fillers.

One wrote: "I’m so sad Hallie would promote doing this to your face." "Nooooooo! You’re so young and pretty!!! I know that’s annoying to hear but it’s true lol.
