Big Brother star Brian Dowling horrified after he's 'reported 'for holidaying without kids

Brian Dowling has candidly discussed the negative reaction he and his husband Arthur Gourounlian encountered after they took a holiday to Ibiza without their children.The much-loved presenter of 'The Six O'Clock Show' and his hubby, admired for his role as a judge on Dancing with the Stars, jetted off to the White Isle to celebrate their close friend Pippa O'Connor's 40th birthday earlier this month.

Yet, the pair faced criticism from some corners of the internet for their decision to leave their daughters, two year old Blake and baby Blu, who was born in June at home.

Opening up about the experience, Brian told RSVP Live: "Since our children have been born, I do feel some people are obsessed with trying to take them away from me.

It's a very odd feeling." He also touched upon the harsh judgment they faced, saying, "Me and Arthur were just away for my best friend's birthday.That was planned a year ago, I knew we'd be having a baby and people were saying we'd been reported online and that our kids need to be forcibly removed from our home." Perplexed by the harsh focus on their parenting choices, Brian added, "I just find it so odd that people are so obsessed with it.
