Bethany Joy Lenz is writing her memoir. The 42-year-old former One Tree Hill actress and Hallmark Channel star shared the news with People that she will be releasing a memoir, and inside, fans will be able to read more about her experience with a religious cult. Keep reading to find out more… The news comes just after Bethany made comments about going through spiritual abuse a few weeks ago. “There’s a lot to tell,” she shared. Bethany told the outlet that her cult experience “overlapped” with the time she was on One Tree Hill. “Recovery looks different for everyone, depending on your experience of trauma,” she added. “I had to start from a baseline of my personal understanding of God and the experiences I had had.
