A mum whose daughter was killed in a car crash has spoken of her relief after speed cameras and a 40mph speed limit were introduced on the road where her she died.Tracey Kennedy, from Swansea, campaigned for a reduced speed limit on the A4067 between Ynystawe roundabout and Pontardawe after her "beautiful" daughter Kelly Kennedy lost her life on the stretch of road five years ago.The 25-year-old had been driving home from work when she was struck head-on by fellow driver Liam Price who had been racing another motorist, Cory Edward, according to Wales Online.Kelly was killed instantly by the "huge impact" of the collision on July 4, 2016.It's understood Liam Price and Cory Kedward had been driving "side-by-side" at speeds of up to 90mph -
