When the sci-fi workplace thriller returns, it is sure to resolve some of the cliffhangers that left fans buzzing after the Season 1 finale. “I think it’ll be a really interesting second season,” John Turturro, who plays company man Irving, told Variety. “We are delving into the unknown that the audience is waiting for, and then doing it incrementally.” For director and executive producer Ben Stiller, a three-year gap between seasons has them hoping these new episodes live up to fans’ lofty expectations. “It’s an interesting experience,” he said of working on Season 2 of “Severance.” “I’ve never been through it before — a second season of anything.
