Good Morning Britain's Ben Shephard is trying to fix his injured leg with the help of physio sessions. The presenter, 46, recently had surgery after he had ruptured his ACL, torn his meniscus and fractured his leg during a football match.
Ben has now turned to a physiotherapist in a bid to stimulate his sore muscles and get himself up and running again. Taking to Instagram on Monday, he shared a video clip of his leg covered in stimulating muscle patches, which looked intense. "It's alive!!
Back on the @compex_uk trying to stimulate my quad - feels and looks v odd!" Ben penned next to the video. The TV star was then filmed slowly squatting down on a power plate machine, telling fans he was working on his knee flexibility.
