Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley were left thanking This Morning viewers as they confirmed they will not be back at the helm for weeks.

The pair first took over presenting duties on the ITV show back in March. Former Good Morning Britain star Ben and So You Think You Can Dance host Cat have never hosted the show together before, however, they had had appearances on the show in the months following Phillip Schofield's exit in May 2023 as Ben hosted with Holly Willoughby while Cat teamed up with Rylan Clark and Craig Doyle following Holly's exit in October.

The new duo have since been hosting the programme Monday to Thursday while Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary continue to present their usual Friday show.
