EXCLUSIVE: CAA has signed Emmy-winning actor, comedian, writer, director, and producer Ben Schwartz for representation.
Most recently seen starring opposite Nicolas Cage, Nicholas Hoult and Awkwafina in Uni’s horror comedy Renfield, Schwartz also voices the title character in Paramount’s Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, which will soon enter production on its third installment.
Perhaps best known in television for his turn as Parks and Rec‘s Jean-Ralphio, he’s most recently put in turns on shows including The Afterparty for Apple TV+ and Greg Daniels and Steve Carell’s Netflix comedy Space Force.
Currently Emmy-nominated for his role opposite Kevin Hart in Die Hart 2: Die Harter, he’s been recognized by the TV Academy a total of four times, winning in 2009 as one of the songwriters for Hugh Jackman’s opener to the 81st Academy Awards.
