Kilmarnock are set to bring Ben Brannan back to Rugby Park. Record Sport understands the right-back will put pen to paper on a two year professional deal with Derek McInnes' side.
The talented teenager came through the ranks at Kilmarnock but didn’t sign professional forms when he left school. Brannan went down to Tottenham Hotspur where he impressed and was offered a deal.
The move, however, was held up by changes to the Spurs’ recruitment team and that has allowed Killie to make their move. McInnes has made a massive push to get Brannan back and wants to include him in his first-team.
They never wanted to lose the Scotland under-17 international but now look certain to get him back in the fold. Brannan will become Killie's 11th signing of what has been a hectic summer for McInnes on the transfer front.
