Joe Otterson TV Reporter “Beef” is officially moving forward with a second season at Netflix, with Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan, Charles Melton, and Cailee Spaeny set to star.
It had long been rumored that a second season of the series was moving forward but nothing had been officially confirmed until now.
The official logline for the new season states, “A young couple witnesses an alarming fight between their boss and his wife, triggering chess moves of favors and coercion in the elitist world of a country club and its Korean billionaire owner.” The season will consist of eight 30-minute episodes.
Lee Sung Jin returns as creator, showrunner, and executive producer. Steven Yeun, Ali Wong, and Jake Schreier also executive produce.
