Bee Gees star Robin Gibb loses battle with cancer

He was 62. In 2003, 's twin brother, , died from complications resulting from a bowel obstruction. "The family have asked that their privacy is respected at this very difficult time." During their career, the sold over 200 million records and had over 30 Top 40 hits (including five Number 1s) and 19 Top 40 albums.
