mirror.co.ukPop star Bebe Rexha has revealed she was almost 'married off' as a teenager. The songstress, now 31, says boys were battling for her hand in marriage as it's custom in Albanian culture to wed young.
Bebe said her mother and grandmother entered into arranged marriages at the ages of 17 and 15, and boys were lining up to ask her to be their bride when she was a similar age.
She told The Daily Star : "It's completely changed now, it's so much more modern and women have more rights and stuff like that, but when I was younger there were literally guys trying to take my hand in marriage.
