Bear Grylls has revealed that he became a fitness buff after being bullied as a youngster. The 46-year-old - who has made a name for himself for embarking on a number of adventures, including conquering Mount Everest in his early 20s, and hosting Man Vs Wild and The Island - says that he is not "naturally fit."
