Beach Fossils will open for Post Malone on his fast-approaching North American tour, the band announced on Twitter today (July 5) and their publicist has confirmed to The FADER.
In a turn of events stranger than fiction, the surf-adjacent Brooklyn dream pop scene veterans will join the global pop star for a 26-date July/August run starting this Saturday (July 8) at the Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville, Indiana.
Moving through cities and towns small and large (and notably skipping Beach Fossils’ home city), the “If Y’all Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying” tour will circle the nation roughly clockwise (with a stop in Toronto along the way) before closing out in San Bernadino, California in late August.
