The 63 year old from Lancashire looked set to be killed during last week’s finale, when Traitor Miles was tasked with murdering the next Faithful with a ‘poisoned chalice’.
Whoever drank from the goblet would be sent home from the competition, but in a surprising twist the episode ended on a cliffhanger that showed the goblet in Diane’s hand - but crucially didn’t show the star drinking from it.
Now, one week on the truth has finally been revealed as Diane sadly didn't manage to dodge death or rumble that the mysterious goblet of wine was poisoned.
