The Apprentice viewers left stunned during the latest episode as Lord Alan Sugar was forced into a show first.

The Apprentice’s latest fired candidate Aaron Willis has lifted the lid on a pact that the stars of the show made right at the beginning of the process. Aaron, who left the BBC show alongside Akeem Bundu-Kamara in a double firing on Thursday 10 March’s episode, explained that the candidates were keen to keep their bubbling tensions strictly in the boardroom.Therefore, they came up with a watertight plan to make sure they never brought their business clashes back to the house they all shared when the cameras weren’t rolling.
