BBC Strictly's Zara McDermott asks 'what do you do' as she shares 'bad' issue as she celebrates 'goal'

Zara McDermott was left asking her fans and followers for their remedies as she told them of a debilitating issue that occurred while working on one of her latest 'goals'.

The documentary maker recently revealed she's been getting to work on her next film. In recent years, Zara has been fronting BBC documentaries on a variety of often very personal subjects for those involved, including exploring revenge porn, disordered eating and more recently the disappearance of Gaia Pope and a deep dive into Ibiza and the 'secrets of the party island'.

After teasing her next film, Zara took to social media with a beaming selfie alongside which she wrote on her Instagram Story: "I made a 'goals' list at the start of this year with my managers...

Today I'm ticking off one of my goals," adding a string of crying and love heart emojis.
