Strictly Come Dancing star Pete Wicks has stunned his followers by declaring he's taking a step back from the small screen.Best known for his roles on Towie and Celebs Go Dating, the 35-year-old reality TV veteran has expressed a wish to retreat from the spotlight to make room for new talent.

Although he's bowing out of television, Pete teased that he might consider returning for a special project if it involved his close pal Sam Thompson.
