It comes as the pair made an appearance on Wednesday night's It Takes Two and addressed the 'serious' moment they shared at the end of their week five paso doble.
During last Saturday's show, the favourites were heaped with praise after they pulled off a dramatic routine to Insomnia by Faithless, scoring their first 10 from judge Motsi Mabuse and a total of 37 points.
But as they celebrated their scores, soap actress Ellie accidentally knocked her dance partner's face, leaving concerned host Claudia Winkleman to lean over and ask: "Are you ok?" Vito clutched his face before giving a thumbs up to the camera and appearing to check his tooth.
