Strictly Come Dancing viewers couldn't help but be distracted as Motsi Mabuse appeared to 'change' throughout the show. Halloween came early to the ballroom on Saturday night (October 28) as the BBC One dance contest pulled out all the stops for its annual spooky special.

Each couple - and the judges - dressed to impress ahead of the spookiest day of the year on Tuesday (October 31) before the reaming contestants took the floor for their latest performance in the hope of making it through to week six of the competition and another step closer to the Glitterball trophy.

But to begin with, all eyes were on the judges after hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman did their usual introductions. Anton Du Beke appeared as a mad scientist while Craig Revel Horwood channelled Professor Severus Snape from the Harry Potter movies.
