Tess Daly caused quite the distraction as she took to social media with a '20 year' update alongside Vernon Kay. The couple were recently among the lovebirds celebrating Valentine's Day.

Fans will be aware that the Strictly Come Dancing host and BBC Radio 2 star tied the knot back in 2003 and now share two teenage daughters together, Phoebe and Amber.

Tess and Vernon often keep their relationship and family life out of the spotlight but do give little insights into their romance now and again and they couldn't help but show their love and appreciation for one another of Friday (February 14) on Valentine's Day.

Bolton-born Vernon shared a smiling snap of the pair on holiday as they watched the sun set across the water and wrote on Instagram: "It’s Valentine’s Day!! [red heart emoji] Here’s to more sun rises and glorious sunsets! [red heart emoji] @tessdaly." But Tess wanted to show just how far their romance does stretch as she shared a sweet throwback snap of the pair, again enjoying a sun-soaked holiday together but two decades earlier.
