Shirley Ballas shares her yearly 'must' as she prepares for her return to Strictly Come Dancing. It was confirmed back in June that she'll be back as the BBC One dance contest's head judge.
She'll be back on the judging panel alongside Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke while Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman will be back to keep everyone and everything in check when the series begins in just two weeks time on Saturday, September 14.
Before then though, Shirley is currently enjoying a health retreat in Portugal and took to Instagram to issue an update with her fans, detailing the positive impact the trip has been having on her so far. "Starting day six at @juicemasterretreats feeling so much better, cleaner, lighter, head space more clear," she typed alongside the snap.
The TV star and dancer added: "This is a must for me yearly to get myself in a good place. Just simply the best place ever, thank you Jason for all you do for so many people in Portugal." It comes after Shirley said earlier in the week: "Every year kickstarting my whole body, juicing, working out and relaxing with some amazing spa treatments.
