Pete Wicks has seemingly revealed the real reason he and Jowita Przystal had a 'tough' week in Strictly Come Dancing training before confirming a 'special' move for the pair after they made it through to another week in the competition.

The podcast host and reality star was left disheartened following his latest performance in the ballroom. Pete and professional dance partner Jowita's latest routine didn't quite go their way as they opened the live show on Saturday night (November 2).

Dressed as the late Freddie Mercury for the show's first-ever 'Icons Week', former The Only Way is Essex (TOWIE) star Pete performed to a salsa to Queen's Another One Bites the Dust alongside his dance partner. But soon after they landed at the bottom of the leaderboard with 22 out of a possible 40 points. It was then confirmed during Sunday night's (November 3) results show that Pete and Jowita had made it through to week eight of the BBC One dance contest and Pete has now spoken out.
