Bad Education's Layton Williams, Bobby Brazier from EastEnders, and Ellie Leach from Coronation Street were all competing for the Glitterball Trophy with their pro dance partners, as they danced their final routines of the series, hoping to wow the judges and viewers at home.
Tasked with performing three dances each, there was scarcely room for the stars to catch their breath between performances, with each couple soaking up as much of the infectious atmosphere before the winner was announced.
One pro dancer in particular, Nikita Kuzmin, was especially emotional as he said a sad goodbye to his new friend, Layton, after he realised it was the last episode of the series, and the last time he and his celebrity partner would be dancing together.
