JB Gill has encouraged fans to 'follow their dreams' as he was given a double boost after his Strictly Come Dancing journey came to an end.

The JLS star was seen taking part in the BBC One dance contest last year where he ended up having two professional dance partners.

He was originally paired with professional dancer Amy Dowden who made her triumphant return to the ballroom for the 2024 series after having to miss the previous run due to undergoing treatment for cancer.

But as fans know, a injury heartbreakingly forced Amy out of the competition following the show's Halloween special with fellow pro Lauren Oakley stepping in.
