Jamie Borthwick has declared his love after he made a tearful exit from Strictly Come Dancing. The actor broke his silence on becoming the ninth celebrity to leave the BBC One dance contest over the weekend.
Jamie and his professional dance partner Michelle Tsiakkas became the latest couple to lose their place in the competition during the results show on Sunday night (November 24), meaning they just missed out on a place in the quarter-finals.
They landed in the dreaded dance-off for the first time and went up against Olympian Montell Douglas and her partner Johannes Radebe, who found themselves in the bottom-two for a second week in a row, in a bid to keep their place in Strictly's 2024 series. Reflecting on his time on the show with co-host Tess Daly, soap star Jamie hailed Strictly as "magic" and praised those who work on the show.
