Fleur East has been flooded with messages as she spoke about being reminded of what is 'truly important'. The Strictly Come Dancing star took to social media to reflect on her first Christmas as a parent.

Fleur, who hosts the dance show's spin-off It Takes Two after making it to the final of the contest herself in 2022, welcomed her first child into the world at Easter with her husband, Marcel Robin.

To reveal the news at the time, they shared the first pictures of themselves with their little girl, in which Fleur could be seen carrying their then-newborn in a baby sling as they took a trip out and about.

Fleur confirmed they'd named their daughter Nova and that she made her entrance "via squat position into the arms of my husband and I on our living room floor".
