BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Dianne Buswell emotional as she declares love amid 'last few days' before goodbye

Dianne Buswell is preparing for a difficult goodbye as she offered an update on her parents' stay in the UK. The Strictly Come Dancing star was delighted when Mark and Rina made the trip from Australia to watch her perform live in the BBC One dance contest.

Dianne and her celebrity dance partner Chris McCausland had the goal of making it through to week 11 of Strictly's 2024 series, the week after the annual Blackpool special, as that's when Dianne's parents would be in the UK.

It meant it was the first time Mark and Rina were able to watch her in action live in the ballroom since she joined the hit programme back in 2017.

But not only were they in the audience to see Dianne perform, they were later in the Strictly ballroom to see their daughter win the whole competition.
