BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Chris McCausland says 'you read that right' as he's praised for 'opening up'

Chris McCausland has revealed his surprise about his latest interview as fans praised him for 'opening up' following his successful Strictly Come Dancing stint.

As fans of the hit dance show know, the comedian was paired with professional dancer Dianne Buswell for the 2024 run of BBC One dance contest back in September and twelve weeks later they made it through to the grand final.

The last live show marked week number 13 of the competition and it was Chris and Dianne who were crowned the 20th-anniversary series champions and lifted the sought after Glitterball trophy after being stiff competition from their fellow finalists.

Now, weeks on from his win, Chris has been heard opening up about his Strictly experience in a very unique interview. Taking to Instagram with a clip, the 47-year-old shared: "I was recently interviewed by the AI Michael Parkinson.
