Chris McCausland was left making an emotional admission as he was seen making it through to Strictly Come Dancing's next live show.

He and dance partner Dianne Buswell impressed once again during their latest stint in the ballroom over the weekend. The comedian, who is Strictly's first blind contestant, and Dianne Buswell received another standing ovation in the iconic ballroom on Saturday night (October 12) for their Salsa to Down Under by Men At Work.

Dianne, who got to bring a touch of her homeland Australia to her routine, gushed that she was never more proud of Chris as she fought back tears before they were awarded 30 points. Following the news they were through, Dianne took to social media with pictures of their pair in action and said: "Once again thank you @chrismccauslandcomedy for trusting me !
