Dianne Buswell has told how she started a recent day of training with Chris McCausland ahead of their next Strictly Come Dancing performance as he jokingly admitted he's 'falling apart'.

The comedian and the professional dancer will perform in week four of the BBC One dance contest when the show returns to screens on Saturday night (October 12), following last weekend's epic Movie Week.

Chris, who is Strictly's first blind contestant, and pro dancer Dianne scored their highest mark to date after they performed their Wayne’s World-inspired jive during the annual special which sees the couples channel their inner film stars. Since then, Chris and Dianne have been offering updates on how training is going for their upcoming performance and Dianne revealed how she tried to get rid of the 'negative energy' in their rehearsal space after a tiring start to prep for their routine.
