Strictly Come Dancing fans are petitioning for dance contestant Annabel Croft to replace presenter Claire Balding as the host of Wimbledon. The 57-year-old fan favourite was voted off the BBC dance show over the weekend and many felt that her time on Strictly was cut short. Some even took to social media to express their rage over her exit as they complained that Bobby Brazier should have been eliminated instead, the Mirror reports. But on the back of her rise from novice dancer to a semi-finalist, Annabel became a hit with viewers and many are now calling for her to become a BBC sports host, for competitions such as Wimbledon.
