Amy Dowden has been flooded with support from fans as she revealed 'exciting times ahead'. The dancer is not only preparing for her return to Strictly Come Dancing this autumn but also the release of her first book.

Amy confirmed she'd put pen to paper earlier this year, revealing Dancing In The Rain would be released in September. She previously said that she hopes readers will find “solace and inspiration” in her writing.

Announcing the news of her book on Instagram, Amy wrote at the time: "I’m so excited to share this… My book Dancing in the Rain is coming this September.

I had such a blast shooting the cover and I can’t wait to share my story with you.
