Vernon Kay has given a little bit of insight into what his home life is like before and during Strictly Come Dancing thanks to wife Tess Daly. The presenter is currently gearing up for the 20th series of BBC One dance contest.

Loose Women star Kaye Adams has been told by her co-star Carol McGiffin that she should "not be herself" while she is on this year's Strictly Come Dancing. Ex Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Janette Manrara and former X Factor star Rylan Clark-Neal have both been confirmed to return as co-hosts of Strictly – It Takes Two, which will be back on screens on Monday 26 September. Rylan, 33, has presented Strictly – It Takes Two, which airs every weeknight, since 2019, with Janette, 38, joining him in 2021 after hanging up her Strictly dancing shoes.
