Strictly Come Dancing fans were in shock after Christine Lampard revealed when she competed on the BBC One show. The Loose Women star appeared as a guest panellist on Strictly's spin-off show It Takes Two on BBC Two tonight (Friday, November 3).

And Christine, who is married to former footballer Frank Lampard, said she 'can't believe' it has been 15 years since she took part in the show.

Speaking to It Takes Two presenter Janette Manrara, she said: "I can't believe it is the quick answer, absolutely not. 15 years and I remember it so vividly, every single second of it.

It was one of the most extraordinary, most incredible experiences of my life." Fans on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) also couldn't believe how long it has been, with @thengp12 commenting: "Christine Bleakley doing #Strictly 15 years ago is shocking. #ItTakesTwo." While @strictlyblog agreed, adding: "I would have said it was about 10 years, 15 is insane!" And Suz replied, sharing: "I can’t even remember her doing it, gonna have to start from the first series & watch again." READ MORE: Who is on BBC One's Graham Norton show tonight?
