Strictly Come Dancing fans have declared 'finally' as a major move for the upcoming Blackpool special, which has been spotted following their demands.

The hit BBC One dance contest is heading to the seaside for one week only. This Saturday (November 16), the eight remaining couples who have been it to week nine of the 2024 competition will perform in the iconic Tower Ballroom in the hope of impressing the judges and those watching at home as the grand final edges ever closer.

As well as performances from the eight remaining celebrities and their professional partners, the latest live show will also feature a performance from Pet Shop Boys, who will open it with a medley of hits as the Strictly professional dancers perform a routine. After both couples came top of the leaderboard last weekend, Strictly fans will see JB Gill and Lauren Oakley will perform a quickstep to Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley, and former Love Island star Tasha Ghouri and partner Aljaz Skorjanec will perform a paso doble to Torn by Nathan Lanier.
