A BBC staff member has shot down claims that Kate Middleton's video message had been edited.The Princess of Wales addressed the public in a pre-recorded video, in which she announced she had been diagnosed with cancer.
The video featuring Kate, 42, aired on BBC One's Six O'Clock News on Friday, 22 March.The Princess can be seen sitting on a beach in a garden as she speaks about her health.
Some had questioned if the video had been altered following Kate's controversial photoshopping of a Mother's Day photo of her with her three kids - Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
However, a BBC Studios insider has insisted the video was not edited. The insider said viewers saw what was shot by the BBC Studios team - the same team that created coverage of the King's Coronation and Queen Elizabeth II's funeral.
