Huw Edwards is one of the BBC's most recognisable faces and he's often chosen to front coverage of national and international events, particularly those related to the Royal Family.
The 61 year old announced the death of Queen Elizabeth II on BBC News on 8 September, and he's also been selected to lead the coverage of Her Majesty's State Funeral.
