Hosted by John Robins and Elis James, the pod has run on BBC sounds for four seasons with guests including Brian May, Gabby Logan and George Ezra.
This year’s How Do You Cope? has moved to Wondery and James is no longer presenting. The latest series launches on Wondery+ next week and to all listeners the following one.
It sees Robins meet another group of special guests for intimate, candid and empathetic conversations about how they have overcome mental and physical hurdles in navigating their daily lives.
