He married his partner Charlie in secret during the Covid-19 pandemic due to her heartbreaking health diagnosis.Charlie was diagnosed with stage one pancreatic cancer over Christmas 2020, and doctors informed her that her survival chances were "very low" without major surgery, reports the Express.
In an interview with the Telegraph, Charlie shared the grim details of her diagnosis: "I was told the scan showed a 4.5cm growth on my pancreas, located in a difficult position and it was very serious," she said.
