BBC Breakfast's Naga Munchetty and Charlie Stayt welcomed a delightful addition to their Friday morning show as their colleague Nina Warhurst brought her young son Michael on set.
The lad, grinning from ear to ear, joined his mum while she discussed a segment on dementia. Nina proudly introduced Michael to the audience, who beamed at the chance to be on television.
Naga asked if he had previously been on the sofa. Although he initially said he did, Michael quickly corrected himself with a no, following Nina's lead.The BBC star asked: "Can you see yourself in the cameras?" to which the youngster watched himself, amused, as Nina talked about her interview with Sir Alex Ferguson regarding dementia.Sporting his Manchester United jersey, Michael showcased his signed picture of the legendary manager.
When asked by Naga how he felt receiving the autograph, he expressed being "really, really happy." Nina chimed in, revealing her son's astonishment as he questioned if the image was real, reports the Express.
