BBC Breakfast viewers took to social media to express their dissatisfaction after the programme was paused for an on-air apology this morning (November 30).
In the broadcast aired on Saturday, the show addressed a previous weather glitch that incorrectly forecasted hurricane-force winds in the BBC Weather app.

During the Newswatch segment on BBC Breakfast, host Samira Ahmed relayed the concerns of an unhappy viewer regarding the repeated content who had encouraged the BBC to "do much better than that." Adam Bullimore, BBC Weather's senior news editor, joined Samira on the show to address the issues and offer his side, reports the Express.
Samira asked: "Can you explain why Sunday's weather was repeated on Monday as we showed at the start of the programme?" Adam responded with a sigh, saying "I can".
