The famously reclusive former actress, who rose to fame as lifeguard Caroline Holden on the hit 1990s show, turned on the style as she headed out for a sushi lunch in San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, wearing a black top, tan skirt and fashionable wedges.The rare public outing came after Yasmine was last spotted in October looking dishevelled as she walked her dog in pyjamas.
The former actress, who turned 55 today (Wednesday), starred in 72 episodes of Baywatch alongside the likes of David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson.The TV show, set on the beaches of LA County and later Hawaii, proved to be a massive teatime hit and became one of the most watched programmes in the world.
First airing in September 1989, it ran for 11 series until 2001 with millions tuning in each week.The show made household names of Yasmin - as well as Carmen Electra and Jason Moma.
