Robson has been trying to build up his squad while having to juggle European and early domestic commitments.It has left some early question marks at Pittodrie, as Aberdeen have picked up just two points from 12 in the league and crashed out of the Europa League.
That is why this international break will be so important as he tries to get his new arrivals up to speed, his squad gelled and other main players back to their best.
It will be important because there will need to be a marked improvement with big domestic games and Europa Conference League group games on the horizon.
