Greta Gerwig's Barbie movie is out on July 21, and naturally, the blockbuster-in-waiting is coming with an appropriately loaded soundtrack.
The first portion of the tracklist has been announced, and it's unsurprisingly stacked with new songs from huge artists. Pop gets the biggest representation with Ava Max, Charli XCX, Dua Lipa, Dominic Fike, K-pop group Fifty Fifty, Karol G, Khalid, Lizzo, PinkPantheress, and The Kid Laroi all contributing.
Nicki Minaj, the rap queen who rose to fame styling herself as a Barbie, is on there too, along with Ice Spice and Kali. Tame Impala will appear on the soundtrack too along with Ryan Gosling, though I suspect his song may be more La La Land than Dead Man's Bones.
