Dame Barbara Windsor is “comfortable and happy” having moved into a nursing home after her Alzheimer’s worsened during lockdown, says Christopher Biggins.
The actor and close pal of the 82-year-old screen legend said he had been in touch with her husband Scott Mitchell. Christopher, 71, said: “It is such a difficult situation and Scott has behaved impeccably. “I don’t know how he has done it.
He deserves the highest accolade that anybody can give anybody, together with all carers. “The decision I know wasn’t easy but I think he has made the right decision for everybody concerned.
