Bam Margera settles lawsuit against Johnny Knoxville, movie studio

TMZ, Bam alleged that he was forced to sign a "wellness agreement," something he called psychological torture. The agreement, he argued, was "inhumane" and "discriminatory," and Bam, 42, maintained that it was impossible to comply with.

As part of the "wellness agreement," Bam, who's substance abuse issues have been well-documented, was required to submit to regular drug and alcohol tests.

He was fired from Jacka** 4″ after testing positive for Adderall, but Bam argued that his doctor had been prescribing the drug for him for a decade.On Thursday, April 14, Bam asked to dismiss the lawsuit, which essentially means a settlement has been reached.

The terms of the settlement are sealed. Back in May 2021, Bam publicly ripped his "Jacka** 4" costars and said they "betrayed" him.
