It is understood that on Saturday morning the TV personality, 32, was taken to the hospital for a welfare check - which was the second he's had in two days.
Officers feared he may be a danger to himself but no injuries were found on the reality star, TMZ reported. A few hours after being admitted Chad took to Instagram to reassure his fans about his welfare.
He wrote: "I'm okay. Things are fine, I love you."alongside a snap of furniture inside an apartment. "You'll be great. Life is going to be okay," his message continued. "Forgive yourself.
